Welcome Back

Welcome back! I’m excited to talk about fashion, wardrobe, style and shopping! Your closet is a reflection of you. I want to help you make it the best reflection of you.

Over the last year my wardrobe has shifted in a dramatic way. My office wardrobe is sitting in bins completely untouched. My social wardrobe has taken a huge turn from chic and sophisticated to laid back and cozy. How I shop has shifted from in person retail to fully online. I am also working to become a more informed buyer. I want to see retail move towards more environmentally friendly choices and ethical manufacturing practices. And I know many of you are experiencing similar shifts in your perspectives and how you are filling your closets.

Instead of focusing on the latest styles and trends, I am interested in making my clothes last longer. I want clothing that fits my body so my outfit flatters me. I want a closet full of styles I love. I am shopping less so I’m willing to invest a little more.

How have your wardrobe needs changed over the last year? Not only are we changing our lifestyles in some cases but we can also see body changes. Maybe you gained or lost weight. Maybe stress has taken a toll on you physically. Maybe you had surgery. Maybe you had a baby! Our bodies can go through so many changes for a variety of reasons. And every time we experience a physical shift, we should consider how it affects our wardrobe..

As we begin to re-assess our clothing post-pandemic, let’s recycle items that longer fit our needs and fill our closet with smart choices that only enhance our inner beauty. Let’s take this opportunity to shift how we shop and how we dress and how we value our appearance. I look forward to sharing my insights and helping you create a wardrobe that is the best reflection of your gorgeous self.
